PDF or word doc submissions and submission-author contact information appearing soon. However, feel free to start now. it really only takes 5-15 minutes for your first try!

Patrick, can you clarify the instructions. I wanted to start working on this but wasn't clear on what exactly to do. Thanks!!

Van, For you, go to the projects for which you are the primary evaluator: the Stanford and Wyoming submissions. After reding through these, open the Excel spreadsheet. Go through the 11 categories evaluated in the I-CMM and "score" where you think the submissions stand with regard to the level of maturity they teach, espouse, whatever. When you are done, you will have an overall score. COmpare that with the person doing the secondary eval (Tammy McCuen) and see how she scored them. See if there are any major differences. "Finalize" your score. Now call the submission authors and talk through the process with them and see if they agree with you. If there is info that they tell you that was not in the PDF submissions, then take this new "evidence" into account and change the score accordingly. Your score will be FINAL and you are done!

Note to all, FYI when you upload a new version of your file, the previous one can be accessed if necessary by using the plus icon next to the file name and secondly that each version maintains its own description, so you can use that to indicate a summary of what has changed in that version.

When taking notes, please be sure to document differences in primary and secondary scores. For example, the Primary Evaluator gets a score of 80.3 and the Secondary evaluator arrives at a score of 73.5. I would like to know what the ranges are and where the main differences occur. This will help us improve the I-CMM.

Please be sure to complete your internal reviews and make the final phone calls to to ultimatley finalize your evals. Then, also please update the status tracker so I won't bug you all and can watch status online. Thanks - almost at the finish line!
